• Develop relationships with and maintain listings of urology experts and programs nationwide, which serve as host sites for international exchange programs.

• Coordinate the interaction with global participants visiting the U.S. who are attending the AUA’s Annual Meeting and ensure arrangements are complete for Annual Meeting transportation, lodging, meeting registration, educational tracks and social functions.

• Develop outcomes assessment tools; oversee the administration of program surveys (with individual participants and hosting sites) for exchange programs and other observerships as needed and communicate via news and other vehicles.

• Assist in the processing of Visa and travel reimbursement expenses for international activities including AUA Leadership, Guest Lecturers, and exchange scholars, etc. and review for compliance with AUA guidelines and ensures that appropriate documentation and receipts are obtained/submitted with the requests.

• Coordinate 5-6 educational programming sessions per year at international conferences, the AUA’s Annual Meeting, and the AUA’s virtual education.

• Interviewed 5+ prominent journalists, academics, and activists for the 2019 “Humans of Freedom” campaign, followed by interview transcription and publication to highlight partner achievements while inviting new networking opportunities.

• Developed and authored the monthly newsletter, outlining specifications for its design, contents, and distribution best practices via MailChimp, leading to roughly 300 reads per month.

• Conceptualized and upgraded existing Alumni networking strategy and streamlined the first event after a two-year hiatus, attracting over 20 attendees.
